En la forma https://form.jotform.com/40875416654865 todo sale en español excepto en la pregunta de sucursales sale en ingles la leyenda: Please Select One en vez de Selecciona una, nos podrían ayudar a ver porque esto pasa.

1. Select the Field, click on the Gear Icon.
2. Go to the Options Tab, Enable Show Text in Empty Option.
3. Enter the translated text inside an Empty Option Text box.
