Tenemos un problema con descargar la información del cuestionario 'LIFE S-CAN SPANISH_version1 mvl' excel. La mitad de la información del cuestionario no sale descargado al excel.

Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue and I ran with the same issue. Take a look at the screencast below:
Upon further investigating, I noticed that you use the Thank You Page that is directly redirected to another form when the first form is submitted. This is why half of the information is not included when you download the questionnaire.
I tried to use the Thank You Page to redirect my cloned form to another second form and make a test submission and I was able to download the second form information. Take a look at the screencast below:
Can you please check the form "Cuestionario adhoc" which is connected to the first form if the submissions are there?

Thanks for your reply. Indeed, I have cloned it and not attached it to the adhoc form and it downloads correctly. However, this is strange because its worked for us in the past.. anyway, we will try to use the cloned version from now on and see if it works.
On the other hand, we have all the form responses by email but half of the answers do not appear in any of the spreadsheets (neither of the form or the adhoc questionnaire). Is there a way we can get them in spreadsheet format? It's a lot of work to have to sift through the emails and manually get the data...

Hi Alice,
I checked your Tables, and noticed that some of the columns are hidden, this could be the cause of your issue. Making all your columns visible is easy, let me show you how:
- In Tables, click on the Columns button in the top right corner.
- In the dropdown menu, tick all the columns that are unchecked.
- That's it. By doing so, all the selected columns will be visible on Tables.
