No se reciben correo del formulario enviado a ningún remitente

Desde ayer, al cumplimentar un formulario, no llegan los correos de notificación que están puesto en las condiciones.

Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form #222982423035352 and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the conditions wasn't configured correctly. Let me show you how to fix it:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Setting.
2. In the menu that appears on the left side of the screen, click on Email.
3. Click on Add Email, select Autoresponder Email, and then apply conditions on Autoresponder Email.

You can also prevent mailing issues by setting up a Custom Sender for Email Alerts.  Let me walk you through it:

• Open your form in Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
• In the menu that appears on the left side of the screen, click on Emails.
• Hover your mouse over the Notification Email, and click on the Pencil icon, located on the right side.
• Click on the Advance tab, select Add Email Address under Sender Email.
• Under Email Type, select SMTP, and enter your SMTP server details.
• Click on Add Email, and click on Save.
