Hi Aset Tasaciones,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, your Ficha Inspección - Bienes Inmuebles form still having 52 uploaded documents. Can you please delete those from the Jotform table's trash folder? But, before you do that, it is important that you save your submissions and attached documents before deleting them permanently. I understand that you have deleted many submissions, but it is possible that you may not have purged those entries. Here is the guide on how to download submissions in PDF, CSV, or Excel.
- In the Jotform Table, select the submission entries from the left side next to the Submission date.
- Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page.
- Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.
When you delete the entries from the Jotform Table, they go to the Trashed entries' folder to free up space. Jotform saves deleted submission entries for 30 days in the trash folder. In case you need to restore them. This is the link that will help you to understand your account usage and limits. Let me show you how you can delete the submission entries:
- While you're on your Jotform Table, Select the entries you'd like to delete next to the Submission Date.
- Click the Delete button and confirm once again to delete the submissions. That's it.
Now let's purge the deleted entries from the Trashed folder:
- On the Jotform Table, click on the three vertical dots on the Form button.
- Select Trashed entries from the menu.
- A new Side Trash window will open on the right, where you need to select all the submissions and then click on the Delete Forever.
- On the confirmation, again. Select Delete, and that's it.
Here is a helpful guide on how to delete the submission on Jotform table.
Let us know if you need any other help.

Hi Aset Tasaciones,
I can still see submissions in the Trash entries of the Ficha Inspección - Activos form. Please purge those submissions by following my colleague's instructions and get back to us so we can recalculate your upload space limit.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
