The monthly limit will reset at 12 midnight EST. You can review your monthly reset schedule on this page as shown in the screenshot.

The email that you have received is a notification that your forms will be disabled on June 19 as shown in the screenshot below.

This is due to exceeding your monthly Signed Document limit, which is at 284 / 250, as shown in the screenshot below.

You can either upgrade your subscription plan to a higher tier or wait for the scheduled monthly reset on July 1, 2024.
