Si adquiero el plan plata si puedo disponer entonces de encuestas offline y de la ubicación GPS independientemente del momento que se decida activar está última opción? Ahora sí las necesidades me obligan a aumentar de plan debo cancelar solo la diferencia o debo pagar completo el nuevo plan?

En función a esta respuesta ya definimos que plan vamos adquirir.

Now, coming back to your question, the subscription is for increasing the account limits such as the:

• Form Limit
• Monthly Submission
• Available/Upload Space
• Monthly Form views
• Total Submission storage
• Fields allowed on form
• Monthly Payment Submission
• Monthly Signed Documents
• Number of Recipients in Notification Email

If you upgrade your account, by default you will be paying the full amount. You can avail a discounted price when there's an ongoing sale on the website. You can check out the Pricing Page to know more.

Most of the other features are available even in Starter Plan. You can collect submissions without connecting to an internet connection. Offline submissions are saved to your device and will sync when you connect online. You'll need to download and install Jotform Mobile Forms on your device to get started. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:

1. On your Jotform App, click on the gear icon in the top-right corner.
2. Choose Offline Forms.
   
3. Then select the forms you'd like to use offline. You'll need to wait for the forms available on your account to load before you select.

It's important that you take note of the following:

• Some form elements and widgets require an internet connection to work properly. The app will show a warning message if your form can’t be used offline.
• The amount of offline data you can store is based on the amount of storage space available on your mobile device. When your device is almost out of space, the app will automatically disable the offline form that contains the most data. You don’t have to worry about losing important information, you can still access all forms from a computer.
