Información diligenciamiento obligatorio

Buenos días,

Por favor me ayudan validando en el formulario de Solicitud de crédito para que cuando se informe que un campo es obligatorio, deje visualizar como se llama el campo, porque el mensaje de error se visualiza justo encima del nombre del campo a diligenciar.
