Short Scrollable Terms: Checkbox is disabled after dragging the scrollbar to the bottom

    Buenos días,

    Por favor me ayudan con el siguiente caso que está sucediendo recurrentemente en los formularios de solicitud de crédito John Uribe y Actualización de datos, no está dejando realizar la marcación en el campo de términos y condiciones.

    Se valida que no tenga ventanas emergentes bloqueadas, que toda la información esté correctamente diligenciada, que si haya desplazamiento de la barra del lado derecho hasta el final del texto y aún así no se habilita este campo.

    Por favor nos ayudan validando y dando solución.

    Now, coming back to your question, I have cloned and reviewed the Short Scrollable Terms, and I was unable to replicate the issue on my end. Please take note that, currently, you have enabled the option Must Read all the Text as shown in the screenshot.

    This means that your form users are required to scroll down to the bottom of the Shot Scrollable Terms before the checkbox is enabled, and allowing your form users to tick the checkbox as shown in the screen recording.

    Gracias por su respuesta.

    Sin embargo, se ha realizado el proceso tal cual como nos envía el vídeo y aún así no ha sido posible que se active el campo para marcarlo.

    I have tested my cloned form multiple times on different browser, and I was unable to replicate the issue as shown in the screen recording.

    Could you share with us the browser and device you are currently using when you encounter the issue? Also, it would help us understand the issue better if you could share with us a screen recording on how you encountered the issue. You can use Loom to record your screen and share the video link here with us.

    I was able to replicate the issue when dragging the scroll bar and not using the mouse scroll wheel. I have gone ahead and escalated this thread to our Developer Team. Once updates are available, we will let you know via this thread.

    Me informan por favor que solución lograron encontrar para este caso, teniendo en cuenta que el campo de declaración de Origen y fondos no presenta ningún problema y se activa fácilmente.
