Hola buenas tardes,
Requiero de su amable colaboración, ya que tengo un formulario que me indica que se sobrepaso la cuota del espacio de almacenamiento, por lo cual, borré los archivos mas antiguos en aras de concretar mayor espacio, pero me sigue arrojando el error de que sobrepasó la cuota. Por lo cual, quisiera solicita su ayuda al respecto.

Now, coming back to your question, I recalculated the Form Uploads under your account, and it is now 299.63MB/1.00 GB. Your account is now active. Can you try if you can now open your account without the error on your end?

I recalculated again the Form Uploads under your account, and it is now 121.48 MB/1.00 GB. I've cleared your form cache as a precaution. Also, you can clear browser caches or try to check your account by using another web browser. Can you try to recheck it if you can now open your account without the error on your end?
