Me suspendieron la cuenta posterior a crear un formulario, por toda la cara, me pueden ayudar a recuperarlo?

Hi Andreh,
Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Forma that’s breaking our Terms of Use by collecting login credentials.
I've deleted the offending fields and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now.
