Buenas tardes,
Tengo una suscripción bronce a Jotform y un formulario creado en ella. No vamos a realizar un nuevo envío hasta dentro de unos meses, por lo que me gustaría cancelar el plan y mantener el formulario en la versión gratuita. Habría algún problema o pérdida de datos si cancelo el plan?

Hi Sergio,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish user support team has a high volume of inquiries at the moment, so I'll try to answer your question using Google Translate. When you cancel your subscription and downgrade to the free plan, your forms will not be deleted. However, because the free plan has a submission storage limit of 500 submissions, any submissions beyond this limit will be automatically deleted. The remaining data, even if encrypted, will stay encrypted and accessible as usual. All your data is stored on our server and can be viewed from the form's submission page. To ensure you don't lose any data, you can download it all. Here's how:
- Click on the Downward Arrow icon next to Jotform Logo and select My Tables.
- Hover your mouse over the Table and click on View Table on the right side.
- Click on the Download All button on the right side and choose the format (CSV, PDF, or Excel) to download your data.
