    Hi David,

Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, you can assign your form to your users if that's what you want to achieve. But if you prefer your form responders to stay anonymous, I recommend setting your form to public and share the link publicly. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In the Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Go to Quick Share in the left corner.
    3. Set the privacy to Public Form.¿Cómo identificar quién llena el formulario? Image 1 Screenshot 20

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?

In the meantime, let us know if you need any other help

    Jason,

    Thank you for your answer.

We really need to know the user who entered the response to the form.

Based on this, if a user is related to a form, my question is if for said user who only fills out the form and does not edit it, should I pay for that user?

    Hi David,

You can get the details of your form responders as long as you have the Name, Email, or Contact Number field added to your form. Moving forward, are you referring to editing a form or a submission? Because even if you edit a submission or a form, there shouldn't be a payment that you need to provide with the form users, regardless if your account type is a Starter or a paid plan.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
