    Hola, espero que estén bien.


    Mi cuenta fue suspendida, pero no pudimos terminar de hablar sobre el reembolso de los meses que no fue utilizada.


    Necesito ayuda con esto.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Hi Karen,

    Thanks for waiting. According to the relevant team, the account was suspended because you disputed the subscription as per the ticket here. Please check my colleague's response to that ticket.
