Buenos dias, tengo un formulario que lo firman diferentes personas, me gustaria saber si es posible que una vez lo rellena la primera persona y lo manda a firmar por las demas firmas, los campos queden bloqueados para que no se puedan modificar. Gracias

Hi dabanades,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Let me get back to your question. If you can share the link to your form, I can check it out and see what’s going on. Also, may I know, is it a Sign Document form or a form with Jotform Sign?
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi dabanades,
I understand you want to know if it is possible to disable the signature field so no one can edit it when in edit mode. You can do this by setting up conditions that will disable the fields when the form is in edit mode. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on +Add Form Element.
2. Under the widget tab, search for the Get Form Page URL.
3. Add it to the form.
Once you have done that, lets set up conditions.1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange bar at the top of the screen.
2. Select Conditions from the left panel.
3. Click on Add New Condition and select Enable/Require/Maks Field.
4. Set up the conditions as per my screenshot below.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes. -

Gracisa

Hi dabanades,
Thanks for getting back to us. May I know, do you want to enable the edit option for all of your signatories? Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Also, can you please show me an example of what you need?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hola, he creado un formulario de ejemplo.
https://form.jotform.com/241702249462050

Hi dabanades,
I understand that you want to hide certain fields and only show the fields for the corresponding user that will fill out and sign those fields. To meet that requirements, you will need to add conditional logics using Change Email Recipient and Show/Hide Field element. Then you will set 3 Notification Emails and insert a URL Parameter to the other two that will retrieve the submission and will trigger the condition. Let me show you how:
Since my colleague already provided the steps on how to add a Get Form Page URL widget. I will skip that part, but you will to add it on your form.
- Setting Up the Notification Emails
1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab, then click on the Emails tab on the left side.
2. Click on the Add Email button and select Notification Email from the options.
3. Configure it and Insert URL Parameter.
- For Notification 1 will leave the content as it is with the Data submission and Edit Link.
- For Notification 2 Delete the email content and insert this URL Parameter- https://www.jotform.com/edit/{id}?firma2
- For Notification 3 Delete the email content and insert this URL Parameter- https://www.jotform.com/edit/{id}?firma3
- The Notification Emails should be in this order below:
4. Next, make sure to disable Jotform Sign to ensure that the URL Parameters will work.
Click on the Jotform Sign tab, switch Off the toggle switch under Enable Jotform Sign Automation.
- Setting the Conditions
1. Click on the Conditions tab, select Show/Hide Field element from the options.
2. Set the recommended conditions below:
3. Set the recommended conditions below using Change Email Recipient.
Check out the screencast below to form's flow:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
