Hola
Favor de revisar por que no se están agregando las fotos que suben en el formulario al pdf, es decir las encuentro en el inbox pero al recibir el pdf por correo o descargarlo, no aparecen 3 fotos:
en esta zona lo solicito: "documento firmado"
y al descargarlo ya no aparecen las primeras 3 fotos:
y sin embargo, las fotos si fueron enviadas ya que aparecen en la parte de inbox:
De igual forma al recibirlo por correo, no aparecen las fotos:
Que debemos corregir?

Hi Ivonne,

Now, coming back to your question, I cloned and tested your form to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything is working as expected. The photos are correctly mapped to the original PDF submission, both in the PDF Editor and in the email notification. Check out my screenshots below:
Could you let us know which submissions are having this issue? You can send us the submission ID so we can check it on our end. This guide will show you how to do that. I've also gone ahead and cleared your form caches as a precaution. Feel free to send a test submission to see if you can still replicate the issue.

No, el problema no es ese, ya que si están puestos desde editar las imágenes en el ligar correcto o donde deberían agregarse al pdf, pero al descargarlo no se agregan, lo he vuelto a descargar y no se reflejan en el .pdf:

No se visualiza la imagen en el pdf, es posible que la foto del usuario tenga diferente resolución que por eso no lo agrega al pdf?

Is this happening with all of your submissions? Can you allow us to submit a test submission with your form to see if this is also happening with new submissions?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
