How to make a survey form that only shows one question per page?

Quiero hacer una encuesta que solo aparezca una pregunta por página, pero no me deja añadir la pregunta "Nivel de Valoración", ¿Cómo puedo añadir esa pregunta?

Now, coming back to your question on how to make a survey form that only shows one question per page, you may want to try Jotform Card Layout. Let me shoe you how to set that up:

1. Go to My Forms and select Create Form in the upper-left corner.
2. Select Start From Scratch and then select the Card Form option and start customizing your form in the Form Builder.

Unlike traditional forms, Jotform Cards present questions one at a time as cards. This approach significantly improves focus and reduces page noise. Now let me show you how to add questions to your Card Form:

1. In Form Builder, Click the Add Form Element button from the upper left corner.
2. Click or drag and drop your desired element to add it to your form.

If you want to have a rating level, I suggest using the Emoji Slider element. Let me show you how to add it to your form:

1. In Form Builder, Click the Add Form Element button from the upper left corner.
2. Scroll down and find the Emoji Slider element and click or drag and drop it to add it to your form.
3. Customize the element by clicking the Gear Icon.
