Hi Rosa María,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, yes, it's easy to import a file into Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:
- Go to your My Tables page and click on Create Table on the top-left side of the page.
- In the window that opens up, click on Import Data.
- Click on Choose a File From Your Device and then choose your file.
- Click on Import Data.
- Choose the Column Type, click on Complete, and you're done.
Then, once the data is imported, you can create different reports. For example, you can create a visual report. Let me show you how:
1. First, on your Jotform Tables page, click on the Add Tab at the top of the page.
2. In the menu that comes up, click on Reports, and then click on Next.
3. Choose the form that you want to create a report view for, and then click on Next.
4. If you only want to show a few columns of data on the chart, choose Blank as the Report Type, or choose other types depending on the amount data that you want to show. Then, click on Next.
5. That's it. Your form is ready, and the form fields you chose are shown as reports.
We also have a detailed guide about How to Create Form Reports that you can check out.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
