SMTP Authentication Error

    HOla, hemos recibido un email indicando un error en la configuración SMTP, pero no hemos cambiado nada y el servidor SMTP es correcto, así que no sabemos donde puede estar el error, pueden ayudarnos con este tema?

    Now, coming back to your question, usually, if you see this error message, it means the password you entered is incorrect. Remember, you need to use the password generated by the password app, not your Jotform password. Can you please confirm which email provider are you using so we can better assist you? Also, can you make sure that you have the correct credentials and test it on an SMTP test site to see if you still receive the same error?

    Hi Lara, in english is correct for me (It'll let me improve my english).

    Thanks for your response, I´ve changed he password, and i think that this could be the problem, because it was different in the platform, but i can`t send more email test for today. I'll check it tomorrow.

    Double-check that you have entered the correct SMTP server, port, and encryption settings. Common ports are 587 for TLS and 465 for SSL.

    Otherwise you can use SMTP server providers like SMTPget

    It looks like you’re having trouble with SMTP authentication. Double-check your username, password, and server settings. Make sure SSL/TLS is enabled. If issues persist, contact your email provider for support.

    Otherwise you can use SMTP server provider like iDealSMTP
