    Buenas tardes

Les escribo solicitando claridad referente a la cuota de envíos, porque me indican que la cuota se ha cumplido con 360 envíos, cuando creo tener una cuota de 10000 envíos.

    Hi Gradosupc,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and status shows Overlimit due to your Upload Space limit reached 121.17 GB over 10 GB. For Bronze plans, you'll only have up to 10 GB. The limit have to do with your forms that use a file upload field. If submissions have file attachments on them, these files will take up your upload space limit. Note that the upload space limit is fixed and does not reset each month.

To free up your upload space, you will need to delete submissions that contain file uploads on them, but, deleting submission data is irrevocable and will permanently remove the data from our servers.

You can refer to this guide How to Delete Form Submission Data. For safety measures, I would like to suggest downloading them before deletion just in case, you can check this guide How to Download Submission Data.

Give it a try and let us know if you have other questions.
