Unfortunately, submissions from two different forms cannot be combined into one table. You can merge the two submissions but the other submission from another form should be in another tab. But, If you want to merge the results of two form submissions into one file, you can use our Combine Submissions app. Let me show you how:

1. Open the Combine Submission App and click Start Combining.
2. Filter the selection of Forms based on your preference.
3. Then, select the Fields that you want to merge for the 2 Forms.
4. After that, click the Generate CSV File and the link of the CSV File will show up.
5. Once you click the link it will automatically download.
