Gracias

Hi anteainternational,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, Can you explain a bit more about what brands are you referring to? Also, it is not possible to use only one form and split it into two brands. You still need to create a form to create another conference.
As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi peakipad1,
Are you going to collect the same contact details for Auren and Antea?
If so, you can hide the fields for Auren and create a conditional logic to copy field data from Antea to Auren. Let me show you how:
First, add the section for Auren and add all the necessary fields below it. After that, hide all the field.- In Form Builder, click on the field you'd like to hide and click on the gear icon on the right side.
- On the right panel, click on Advanced.
- Below that, Turn on the Hide field.
Next, create Update/Calculate field conditional logic to copy the field value under Antea to Auren.
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
- On the conditional logic options, select the Update/Calculate Field.
- Create the condition. For example, if Full Name under Antea is filled, we will copy its value to the Full Name field under Auren. Create similar conditions to all the fields you'd like to copy.
- Finally, click on the green Save button.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hi,
The data collected only vary in the part of Conference fees.
Please, see how we are conditioning the differentiation between firms until now in the screenshots. (Highlighted in blue the parts of AUREN we need to hide or change so ANTEA members do not see them)
AUREN: We have made some conditionals when entering the firm name, if contains Auren (or other firm name that is from Auren), then they will see what is highlighted, which in ANTEA will be different.
ANTEA: You will see that now, if we add a firm name that do not contains AUREN, the formulary will show a different header and will hide both of the fields that I highlighted in blue above.
The Conditionals are the following ones:
So, we would like to know if we can do it in another way, like creating two formularies instead of one and store the information of both formularies in the same table, so we can manage and download all the information at once.

Hi anteainternational,
Thanks for getting back to us. I understand that you want to create two formularies instead of one but first, can you please share with us the Form URL with the set conditions so we can further investigate if there's another way to achieve creating two formularies? Also, if you want to store information from the submission on both formularies you can try to integrate your form to Google Sheets Integration. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click Settings on the orange navigation bar.
- On the left side menu, select Integrations.
- Search for the Google Sheets Integration.
- Authenticate your account, Choose an Option, and set up the integration.
- Select the checkbox "Send existing submissions to the sheet" and click Save.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hola,
Quedamos atentos a vuestros comentarios.
Gracias,

Hi anteainternational,
To clarify, do you want to send the Submission Data from both forms in the same table? if so, yes it's possible. However, each form will be separated into tabs. Let me show you how:
- In the Submission Table, click the +Add Tab.
- A window prompt will appear, select Tables and click Next.
- On the Create a Table View, select Connect to Form.
- Select A Form you want to connect to and click Next.
- Click the Select All Checkbox to show all the Submission Data then click Create.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
