Now, coming back to your question, please note that it is stated in our Terms of Use that Jotform subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel. We can go ahead and cancel your subscription and refund the recent charge, but I can see that you have used 1 GB of Upload Space. Once we refund the recent payment, your account will be immediately downgraded to the Starter plan. The Starter plan has a limit of 100 MB, this means you can no longer some of your submissions. You may want to download your submissions and save them in your local drive.
But, if you wish us to proceed with the cancellation and refund without downloading your submissions, please let us know by replying to this ticket.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
