Now, coming back to your question, it's possible to pre-populate form fields with an Excel file using the Spreadsheet to Form Widget. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element at the top-left of your screen.
2. In the Widgets tab, navigate to the Spreadsheet to Form Widget and drag and drop it into your form.

Now all you need to do is upload your Excel file and set up the Spreadsheet to Form Widget. This guide will show you how to do that.
