Utilizando la misma escala de 1 a 7, en general, ¿qué tan satisfecho se encuentra con la operación en régimen de los servicios proporcionados por Servipag? P13.      ¿Qué falta para que lo evalúe con nota 7?

    Hi Intuscall,

Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you shortly.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help.

    Hi Intuscall,

Can you confirm if you are referring to this form? Also, are you trying to assign a calculation value for each option or rating in that field? If yes, let me show you how:

    1. Click on the Gear icon next to the Input Table field.
    2. Go to the Options tab.
    3. Under Calculation Values, add the calculation value of each column.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Let us know if there's anything else we can help.

Thank you for your response, the problem isn't that. What I'm trying to do is in P13. if the answer is 1 to 6, it opens P14, if the answer is 7 P14 musn't show and it opens P15 directly.

The system won't let me do that, can you help me?

    Thank you!

    Hi Intuscall,

What you can do is assign a calculation value to P13:

Then add a form calculation widget to get the value of P13:

    Then add this condition:

Once the answer is 7, the P14 is hidden.

Give it a try and let us know if this works for you.

    Hello Mary
The answer to Q13 is only one. The respondent must evaluate with marks
between 1 and 7. There is no calculation in the answer.
If the respondent answers a grade other than grade 7, that is, he answers
between 1 and 6, he must answer Q14, which must be shown.
The condition is easy but does not apply.

    Hi Intuscall,

Yes, the calculation is just to get the value, since you are trying to create a condition based on the answer of the user. If the user answers 1-6, Q14 will not be hidden. If they answer 7, then Q14 will be hidden.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
