Estimados, es posible poner una descripción de campo para cada item a cotizar, pero que la descripcion la ponga el cliente, como por ejemplo la marca y modelo, o algun detalle adicional?

Now, coming back to your question, are you trying to add a description to your product list? If so, I can see in your form I can see that you have added a description to your listing. Take a look at the screenshot below:

hi Chris, what we are looking for is to the possibility to add some short text for each item to quote.

Because, we are using it to make internal quotation for services, so we need some information about the equipment we are quoting, as the brand and model of the equipment. Is not selling equipment, is selling services. I hope I make myself clear, if not please tell me.

I just wanted to confirm if I got your concern correctly. Do you mean to create a Sub-product to indicate the model or ID? If yes, that is possible by Create Sub-Products Based on a Product Option in your form. Let me show you how:

1. In the Form Builder, click the payment element.
2. Open the Payment Settings by clicking the wand icon.
3. Hover to one of your product items, and click Edit (pencil icon)
4. Go to the Options tab.
5. Then, hoover your mouse over to Add a Product Option.
6. Then, you need to enable the Special Pricing per Option and Create Sub-Product From Option to create a price for each week.

Yes, that is the way, but with the difference that we could add text in the form, just to complete the client.

I understand you want to add additional text in the product list for additional information about the product. Unfortunetly, this is not possible you will need to add the description for each product or create a sub-product in the product list.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
