tiempo archivos en Papelera

Buenos días, saludos cordiales.

Mi duda es la siguiente, se puede de alguna forma vaciar la papelera de manera automática o que en lugar de 30 días sea menos el tiempo de eliminación.

O ya sea que los archivos se eliminen inmediatamente sin pasar a la papelera.

Now, coming back to your question, if you are referring to the submissions in the Trash Entries, yes, you can delete them manually. Let me show you how:

• On your Submission Table, click on Trashed Entries after clicking the Three Vertical dots icon in the top left corner of the page.
• Then, click on the Select All button, choose the Delete Forever button, and then select Delete.

For your question about automatically deleting the submissions, there is a feature in the form builder to do that. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings from the top bar menu, and click on the Show More Options button.
2. Then, click on the Enable button in the Auto-Delete Submissions section.
3. Now, select your deletion period, and click on Next.
4. Finally, review the settings that you are updating, and click on the Yes, Update button.

But, if you are referring to deleting a form, the is no option to automatically delete it from the Trash Folder, but you can manually purge it. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, click on the Trash folder in the bottom left corner of the page.
2. Then, select the form that you want to delete, and click on the Purge button to delete the form.
