Detect the source of origin of leads on my website

I want that my forms are able to detect the source of origin of leads on my website (eaxmple. google ads, organic, meta). How can I do. I wanna get the utm_source and utm_medium, also the URL form the page.

Please help me.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to capture the web page URL where a user clicked and sent them to your form, you can use the Get Referrer widget. Let me show you how to add it to your form:

• In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element at the top left of the page.
• Go to the Widgets tab.
• Search for the Get Referrer widget and add it to your form by dragging and dropping it.
