Hi I need to create a form and be able to add images, so that the user fills out the form and can upload images there to generate a PDF file with the information filled out in the forms including the images.
Any idea what can I do?
Regards

Hi gymsymmetry,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can set up a PDF document for your form that can be attached to your form email notifications. Let me show you how to set that up:
- In Form Builder, on the left side of the screen, click on Add Form Element.
- Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list, choose the Upload Field element, and then drag and drop them onto your form.
- On your My Forms, click on the Form Builder dropdown at the top of the page, and in the menu, click on PDF Editor to open the PDF Editor page.
- Now, on the PDF Editor page, click on the +New PDF button and then select New PDF Document. The New Document will include all the fields in your form by default, including the File Upload field.
- Next, click on the PDF Editor dropdown at the top of the page, and in the menu, click on Form Builder to go back to the Form Builder Page.
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
- Go to the Advanced tab and toggle the Attach PDF setting to the On position.
- Check the box on the left of the PDF document we created on the PDF Editor page.
- Click on Save and that's it.
