No se puede cambiar el logotipo

Buenas tardes! Bendiciones!

Quisieramos saber como agregar la imagen adjunta como fav icon y el logo adjunto como imagen de prevista cuando se comparte el formulario en SMS . Adjunto ambos archivos. Hemos visto que ya hay preguntas similares a ésta, pero no logramos hacerlo. Podrían por favor hacerlo? Qué debemos brindar?

Now, coming back to your question, when sharing the form through different messaging Apps, it usually captures the first image added to your form. I suggest inserting an image in your form. You can use the Image tool to do that. Let me show you how:

1. While in Form Builder, click on Form Elements on the left side of the screen.
2. Select the Image.
3. Click on Gear icon to edit the image properties.
4. Click on Choose A file to upload an image.

Gracias por la información. Lo hemos intentado, pero no nos ha servido. El Favicon no se refleja y la prevista cuando se comparte en SMS no se ve como debería. Sigue saliendo el logo de Jotform en la prevista.

What you can do is to add the image as a logo on the form so that when you share it to your team via SMS and social media the image is shown and not the Jotform logo. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click Add Your Logo of the top part of the form builder.
2. Under the Upload tab, click Upload File and upload the image.
3. After that, you can resize the logo depending on how big or small you want it to appear.
