Me resultaría muy útil poder diferenciar a simple vista con un favicon diferente para cada uno de los formularios que utilizamos. ¿Es posible? Gracias.

Hi jotform_somfarmacia,
Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, the feature of adding favicon to forms is only available to Jotform Enterprise. If you’re interested in Jotform Enterprise, our dedicated Enterprise Sales Team can help you and answer any questions that you have. You can contact them here. If you fill out the Contact Form, our dedicated Enterprise team will get in touch with you as soon as possible to answer all of your questions.
On the other hand, you can embed your forms on your website hosted on your server and then add a favicon for each website where your form is embedded. Embedding your form on a webpage is really easy. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
- Now, click on the embed option you want to use, and copy the code.
- That's it. Embed your link on your webpage and you're done.
You can find my sample website here. Check out the screenshots below to see the result:
