Enviar datos a Mi SQL

Aprovecho de preguntar tambien: Existen Integraciones que me permiten enviar datos a Sistemas de Gestión de Bases de Datos (MYSQL, SQL Server, etc.), ¿existen integraciones que me permitan recuperar datos de esta forma?

Hace años que ocupo Jotform, estoy certificado por la Academia Jotform y es una herramienta fantástica, pero creo que adolece de esto, no poder recuperar información externa para potenciar aún más los formularios en línea (consultar a una base de datos externa y no a una planilla estática que si requiere actualización de datos, debo cargarla caga vez que algo se modifica); si pudieran trabajar en esto sería genial.
