Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
If you go exceed the monthly Sign Document limit, your forms will be disabled, until your account usage resets which happens every first of the month.
Let me show you how to remove the form's integration with Jotform Sign:
- Open the form in Form Builder
- Click on Settings in the orange navigation bar
- On the left side, click on Jotform Sign
- Turn off the Enable Jotform Sign Automation slider as shown below:
