Hello Ivonne,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Please note that those notification refers to the total number of signing processes completed each month from all of your Signed documents. This limit is only refreshed on the first of each month, you may wish to upgrade or wait until the following month..
In your case, since you're currently on a Silver plan that has 250 signed documents limit, it means that you can only sign and collect electronic signatures on up to 250 documents within a given timeframe. Once you reach the limit, you may need to upgrade your plan. As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.

Entonces solo tenemos hasta 250 firmas por mes del total de nuestros formularios?
Firma se refiere a esta parte en cada formulario ?
o en esta?
Por lo que entonces cada envío de estos es hasta 250 x mes?

Hi Ivonne,
That is correct, since you have enabled Jotform Sign on your form. You can turn off Jotform Sign so that for each submission on your form, it will consume Monthly Submission instead of Monthly Signed Document. Here's how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Integrations on the left side of the screen.
3. Turn off, Enable Jotform Sign Automation.
Please take note that once this is disabled, the PDF preview after clicking on Submit will be disabled. For more information, check out this guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.

es decir la firma que se les solicita dentro del formulario está si quedará plasmada ?

Hi Ivonne,
As long as the Signature field is included on your PDF Document or mapped to the Original PDF. Here's how to do it:
How to access the PDF Editor page:
1. In Form Builder, on the upper left side of the screen, click on the downward arrow icon.
2. Click on PDF Editor.
How to map the Signature field on Smart PDF form:
1. In Smart PDF Forms, click on the Signature field to select.
2. On the right side of the selected Signature field, click on + Add to PDF.
3. Move your cursor to the Original PDF on the right panel.

Hi Ivonne,
If you disable the Jotform Sign Automation, then the Jotform Sign document ID will no longer appear in the PDF documents moving forward.
