How to get notified when someone filled out the form?

If you want to receive a notification upon submission, you can set up an email notification. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click Emails on the left, then click on the Add email.
3. Next, select Notification Email.
4. Click on the Recipients tab and enter your email address in the Recipient Email field. Then, click on Save.

Now, you'll get a Notification Email every time a user fills out your form.

Hemos seguido sus indicaciones y seguimos sin recibir el formulario, ya que el correo que recibe el formulario es el correo que uno ingresa en el formulario, y no ¿Podrían ayudarnos?

When setting up Notification email, by default it will be sent to the email address associated to your Jotform Account or to the email added as Notification Email recipient. I cloned and tested one of your forms and I was able to receive the notification email. Here's a screenshot of my result:

As a precaution, I have cleared your forms cache to refresh your forms. This normally fixes temporary issues. Can you try again and see how it goes? If you ran into the same issue, can you share to us the link to your form so we can further check on it?
