Hola debido a que el personal que tenemos actualmente no se familiariza mucho con los formularios en línea vamos a dejar de usarlos. habría la forma de que se nos reembolsara lo que queda de vigencia del plan plata que contratamos?

Please note that we have a refund window of 30 days. It will not be possible to refund the charges as the payment was made on February 27, 2024(More than 3 months ago). I have also checked your account logs and could not find any attempt or failed attempt to cancel the subscription within 30 days of purchase.
