Subscription pricing in Colombian pesos

Now, let me help you with your question. You can now start creating forms using your Starter (Free) plan. It is basically a free trial that gives you access to most of the features that paid subscriptions have to offer. The main difference is the usage limits. Our subscription plans are all in USD and cannot be changed; however, you can pay in your currency and the payment processor will automatically do the conversion for you. For a quick breakdown of the limits for each plan, visit the Features and Pricing page.

In addition, I checked your account's usage limits and it appears that you exceeded the upload space limit. When you reach the upload space limit, you can delete and purge the form submissions with file uploads, and the upload space will be available again for new submissions. Upload space is normally used by the files uploaded through the File Upload element in the form. Here's how to free your upload space:

1. In Jotform Tables, select the entries you want to delete using the checkboxes in the first column of the table. You can also use the Select All checkbox in the upper-left corner of the table to select all the entries if you need to delete all submissions.
2. Click the Delete button in the upper-right corner.
3. Then, In the confirmation dialog, click the Move to Trash button.
   
   
4. Next, to permanently delete or purge the trashed submissions, click the main tab’s menu using the three-dot icon.
5. Select the Trashed Entries option from the menu.
   
   
6. In the Trash panel on the right, choose the submissions to delete, then click the Delete Forever button.
7. Finally, click the Delete button in the confirmation dialog.
