Buenas tardes estimados comentarles que mi cuenta se encuentra bloqueada intente pagar varias veces un plan bronce sin exito por algun problema con el banco que ya solucione. Pero tengo la sorpresa que estoy bloqueado, agradezco se pueda revisar mi solicitud y se pueda reestablecer mi cuenta para poder adquirir la licencia

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, when I checked our system, I saw that your account is suspended because your bank restricted the card you are using due to multiple failed attempts. If you already reached out to your bank, and have them confirm that the restriction has been lifted, you can try upgrading your account again.
But, if not, you can contact your bank, and have them unrestricted your card, or try using a different card when upgrading your account.
