¿Cómo se puede hacer pago anticipado por 1 año en la suscripción vigente?

Actualmente la suscripción que tenemos contratada tiene como siguiente fecha de facturación 27 noviembre 2024. Nos interesa llevar a cabo la renovación por el siguiente año antes del 31 de agosto sin que se afecte la duración total, es decir renovar anticipadamente la cobertura hasta el 27 de noviembre de 2025.

Deseamos saber los pasos a seguir para tal efecto.

Now, coming back to your question, I understand you want to renew your subscription earlier than when it's due from November to August. Unfortunetly, it is not possible to renew the subscription earlier than its renewal data.
