Now, coming back to your question, You can send a personalized email with the user's answer after the submission by creating a Notification Email to your form. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click Settings on the orange navigation bar.
- On the left side menu, select Emails.
- Click the +Add Email button and select Notification Email.
- You can edit the Email Content, and add Recipients.
- Then, click Save.
