Now, coming back to your question, You can collect all the responses from the submission by creating a Report Builder. You can use the several form reports:

• Visual Report
• Excel Report
• HTML Table Listing
• Grid Listing
• CSV Report
• RSS Listing
• Calendar Listing

Let me show you an example by creating a Visual Report Builder. Let me show you how:

1. Go to My Forms and click the Dropdown Arrow beside My Forms.
2. On the dropdown menu select My Reports.
3. Click Create a Report button on the upper left side.
4. Select Visual Report Builder on the Create a Report Menu.
5. Then, Select a Form that you want to get the responses.
6. Create a Report Name and select Extended Report then click Create.
