¿Cómo crear una prueba de evaluación que muestre la puntuación al final y personalice el mensaje al enviarla?

Necesito por favor instrucciones para poder hacer lo siguiente, no he encontrado como hacerlo en Jotform.

Quiero crear un test de autoevaluación donde pueda asignarle una puntuación a las opciones de respuesta, que al final del test sume el puntaje y le muestre al encuestado su puntuación, y que de acuerdo a su puntuación le muestre un mensaje personalizado.

Now, coming back to your question, I understand that you want to create a Self-Assessment Test that shows the score at the end of the test with a personalized message. You can achieve that by enabling the Calculation Value of each field. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, select the field that needs an answer.
2. Click the Gear icon and go to the Options tab.
3. Scroll down and Toggle on the Calculation Value.
4. Add the number of points you want for each option.

Repeat the steps to all the field that requires an answer. Then, you will need to add a Form Calculation Widget to calculate the total score of the selected answers. Let me show you how:

1. Click the +Add Form Element on the upper left side.
2. Go to the Widget tab, and select Form Calculation Widget.
3. Drag it to your Form and rename it as Total Score.

After that, you need to set up the required field to calculate the answers. Here's the screenshot of the calculation below:

1. Click the Wand icon of the Form Calculation Widget.
2. Then, click the Add Field button select the field that requires an answer, and add the '+' sign in between each field.
3. And, click Save.

Now, you will need to create a Conditional Logic using the Change Thank You Page to show the personalized message after the submission. Take a look at the screenshots of the conditions below:

Let me show you how:

1. Go to Settings, on the left side menu select Conditions.
2. Click the +Add Condition button and select Change Thank You Reply.
3. Set up the condition, and customize the message.
4. Then, click the Form Fields button on the above navigation bar and select {Score} to show the score of the form filler.
5. And, click Save.

You can repeat the same steps for the second and third conditions.
