Now, coming back to your question, I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Are you referring to your form 241558046785062? If so, I checked your form and I saw that the Form Calculation Widget is set up correctly. I just want to point out that there are duplicate fields on your formula. Are you meaning to select the Número field instead? Check out this screenshot below:

Hi Pilar,

Thanks for getting back to us. Getting the BMI is easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, add 2 Number elements.
2. Then, add a Form Calculation Widget that will hold the answer for the first formula, which is Weight divided by Height.
3. Finally, add a second Form Calculation Widget that will calculate the BMI, which formula is Height divided by the answer of Weight divided by Height.

You can visit the Demo Form, and if you want to clone it, let me show you How to Clone an Existing Form:

1. Open your My Forms page and click on Create Form on the left side of the page.

2. In the window that opens up, click on Import Form. 

3. In the next window, click on From a Webpage. 

4. Paste the form link into the Enter URL field and click on Create Form.

After cloning your form, it will open up in Form Builder automatically. Now, you can edit the way you want it and publish it.
