    Puse en un formulario preguntas solicitando información de medios de pago, no sabia que no se podía hacer esto, por lo que me disculpo, solicito por favor me activen la cuenta para poder borrar este contenido y seguir disfrutando de sus servicios.

    Now, coming back to your question, Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Formulario Cotización Near Home that’s breaking our Terms of Use by collecting credit card information in plain text fields.

    In line with our PCI certification, we have to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms. But, we have other PCI-compliant ways you can do this. All you need to do is choose one of the payment processors available on our platform and integrate it into your form. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly, though. If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of our Payment Authorization feature.

    I’ve gone ahead and deleted the offending fields and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now.

    Si, asi es, lo hicimos por ignorancia con respeto al tema, pero estamos consientes que infringimos las normas, por lo que nos disculpamos y solicito nos desbloqueen o nos restablezcan la cuenta para poder borrar estas casillas y ya que sabemos de sus politicas prometemos no infrigirlas jamas.
