Saludos, cada vez que alguien va a usar mis formatos escanea el codigo qr que cree para tal fin, pero desde un tiempo al escanear el codigo no le abre el formato asociado al mismo sino que le pide validacion mostrandose en pantalla las opciones: sign up with google, sign up with microsoft or sign up with email; si no se selecciona y llena los datos respectivos de cualquiera que se seleccione no podra abrir el formulario, debo aclarar que los formularios diseñados no son de uso frecuente ni de alto volumen, solo son usados por 3 personas para cargar informacion eventualmente. Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to this form? If so, I checked your form and I see that it is a private form which is why users are asked to request access to view the form.
If the form is set as Public, the respondent will not need to request access from you to fill out the form. You may update the form's sharing settings to public. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- Click on Settings.
- In the pop-up window, select Public Form.
- Click on the Close icon.
