Buenas tardes.
Dentro de los formularios que he asignados, algunos no han sido enviados, en este caso son los usuarios de los siguientes correos camiloaguilar992@gmail.com , manriquezc487@gmail.com, quienes han relizan las pautas en el metodo offline, y realizan el envio, pero no se envia ni tampco queda guardado para volver a enviarlo cuando tengan buena conectividad de internet.
por favor si es que se pueden recuperrar los envio que han realizado del mes de mayo.

Now, coming back to your question, I checked both email addresses and cannot find the submissions since you used offline forms. Did you already sync your data from your mobile device? If not, here's how to do it:
- In Jotform Mobile, launch the app and click on the gear icon in the top-right corner.
- Choose Offline Forms.
- Finally, select the forms you want to be available in offline mode.
- Click the Sync Your Data option to sync your offline data.
