Hola,
Tengo 4 encuestas activas. Al finalizar la encuesta pide una comprobación "no soy un robot". Quisiera quitarlo ya que muchos clientes no la responden y eso hace que pierda muchas respuestas. ¿me podrían apoyar a eliminarlo de todas mis encuestas? Gracias

Now, coming back to your question, I checked each of the forms you've provided and saw that there's no CAPTCHA field added to them. Note that if our system detects any unusual behavior on your forms, it will start displaying the CAPTCHA field to prevent spam submissions. If you receive too many submissions in quick succession, it will also trigger a CAPTCHA field to be displayed in the form after submission. To remove CAPTCHA from your forms, we need to whitelist them, or whitelist your account. Unfortunately, whitelisting forms and accounts are only available on paid plans.
If you'd like to upgrade your account to a paid plan, here's how to do that:
1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.
2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.
3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method.
Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:
After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.
If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account.
