buenos dias
en estos dias nos sale aviso que estamos llegando al limite de espacio. Procedimos a realizar depuracion de envios de prueba y ya antiguos, pero vemos que el espacio ocupado no cambio nada. Entonces veo q se tardan 30 dias en ser borrados definitivamente, agradecemos se proceda a borrarlos desde ya, ya que estaremos llegando en los proximos dias al limite y no queremos eso. ademas que compramos un plan anual

Now, coming back to your question, I've recalculated your Upload Space limit and it's currently at 833.88 MB / 1.00 GB. You have to delete purge your deleted submissions in your Trash Entries to clear your Upload Space. Let me show you how:
- In Jotform Tables, select the submissions and Move it to Trash or click the Delete button.
- Then, click the 3 dots icon and go to Trashed Entries.
- Select All the submissions and click the Delete Forever button.
Once done, you can clear your form caches. Although caches aren't cleared automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
- In the window that opens, click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.

hola angeli
realice todos los pasos que me indicaste, pero sigue saliendo el mismo espacio usado y el poco restante 834.25 MB of 1 GB usados, no cambio nada. Entonces no se que mas puedo hacer
