Hola! Una vez que vuelvo a abrir el formulario, hay manera que las opciones que se respondieron continúen marcadas cuando el formulario ya se envió? es decir sin usar la opción de guardar y seguir después.

De esa manera ya se pueden ver las opciones que seleccione antes.

Now, coming back to your question, based on my understanding, you want to know if there's an option similar to the save and continue later option. if yes, there is no direct option to achieve it. As alternative option, you can access the submission tables and edit or view the submitted answers. See the sample below:

1. Go to My Tables.

2. Choose the form you like to view the submissions and click on View Tables.

3. Next, hover your mouse on the submission and click view.

4. And click on the 3 horizontal dots, then select Edit Entry.
