Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you are referring to the Autoresponder Email, you can have them customized. Let me show you how to set that up:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hover your mouse to the Autoresponder email (Green one) and click n the pencil icon to edit.
4. Customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.
