Buenos días,
Nos sale aviso que hemos excedido la capacidad de almacenamiento.
Hemos ido eliminando archivos reiteramente, y vaciado la papelera pero nos sigue saliendo almacenamiento excedido. Pueden revisarlo?

I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I have recalculated your account limit and cleared your form cache. You should not see the overlimit message now.

Buenos días,
Vuelve a pasar lo mismo...
Ayer eliminé archivos, hicé solicitud limpieza de cache... Y sigue el almacenamiento igual.
Pueden revisarlo??

Hello Judit,
I checked your account and see that you've used 683.75 MB / 1.00 GB of upload space. Did you delete more submissions with uploaded files? If so, check all your forms with File Upload fields and see if you still have submissions in the trash. Let me show you how:
- In Submission Tables, click on the main tab and click on the 3 dots.
- On the options below it, Select trashed entries.
- On the right panel, select all the entries.
- Finally, click on the Delete button on the right side.
If that will not update the upload space, make sure to clear your from caches. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.

Buenos días,
Agradezco que me mande eso, pero ya lo hago... cada vez que elimino, hago todo ese procedimiento...
Y cuando veo que no se actualiza es cuando les pido ayuda...
Por favor, revisarlo. Porque hago los dos procedimientos y nunca baja...

Hi Judit,
As I checked, your account is already Active and is way below the usage limits. When you say you already did the whole procedure, and it's still not updated, did you mean you've purged your Trash, but the submissions never go away? If so, please share a short screen recording for us to see the issue from your perspective. You can upload it to Google Drive or any cloud storage and then share the link here so we can view it.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you more with this.
